Charles Barnard Collingwood
Charles Barnard Collingwood (b. 1860) — also known as Charles B. Collingwood — of Lansing, Ingham County, Mich.; East Lansing, Ingham County, Mich. Born in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Mass., May 1, 1860. Republican. Lawyer; member of Michigan state senate 14th District, 1899-1900; circuit judge in Michigan 30th Circuit, 1909-35; appointed 1909; elected unopposed 1917.
